1. Any NSF cheque may VOID your ticket.

2. All ticket holders must be at least 18 years of age.

3. After each winner is recorded, the entry is returned to the drum, and is eligible for all subsequent draws.

4. All merchandise prizes must be accepted as awarded and will be delivered at no extra cost to the
agricultural areas of the three prairie provinces. Cash option will be paid within one week.

5. Prizes must be claimed 120 days from each draw date.

6. Time to decide on prize to be claimed will be 96 hours after notification.

7. Ticket sales to be cut off 24 hours before early bird and final draw.

8. If sold out by early bird cut off, all draws will be made at early bird draw.

10. All tickets to be audited by Hounjet Tastad Harpham.

12. Lottery Committee decisions are final in any disputes.
